2. How can I purchase coupon codes for my team?

If you’d like to provide coupon codes for your team members to select their own items, email us at Matt@brandwellpromo.com with the desired dollar amount for each code. We’ll then issue a list of codes assigned to each individual for easy redemption.

3. When will my order be processed and shipped?

The total time for an order to be produced and shipped typically ranges from 2 to 6 weeks:

  • Production: Orders are processed within 48 hours. Production typically takes under two weeks but may vary due to volume and on-demand customization.
  • Shipping: Standard UPS Ground shipping can take up to 5 business days, based on location and carrier timelines.
  • Expedited Shipping: If you need faster delivery and to meet a certain in-hand date, please contact Matt@brandwellpromo.com prior to placing your order to check feasibility.

 

4. How can I track my order once it’s shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping times may vary, but you can expect your items to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the purchase date.

6. Can I return or exchange items ordered from the store?

Due to the custom nature of the items available in our store, returns or exchanges are not available. Please verify sizing and preferences before completing your purchase.
